This was once an organization that inspired its employees to be the best. The company cared about us and we cared about the company. We worked hard for the organization because we trusted and valued our leadership team. We wanted this company to succeed. And we worked hard to help it be the leader in the industry. Since BAT has taken over the culture shift has changed significantly. It has been made clear this executive leadership does not care about its employees or the customers. Plans are being thrown together at all levels and shoved down to the field. There’s no time to put together a plan to present to our customers. No time to build a strategy on how to tackle initiatives in the market. This company is on the verge of imploding. As a long time employee, it’s disheartening to see this organization self destruct because the executive team doesn’t care about its people, the customers or quite frankly the Reynolds organization. There are many examples of this organization not treating its people well. I could list them, but all you have to do is scroll. And don’t be fooled by the positive reviews - they usually “encourage” interns and Global Grads to review on the exciting times with the company on social media. These aren’t a true assessment of how they treat their employees.
