Pros
I worked at Reyes Engineering, Inc. for about two summers and part time while I was in school. I kept coming back because (1) it was an avenue for me to develop some practical knowledge about the field that I study now in college. (2) It was great talking to other employees/mentors, and it was pretty nice to have a pool of resources within reach.
I'd definitely recommend any high school/college student to intern at Reyes Engineering, Inc. because if you want to explore something in electrical engineering (and even in CS as well), they will give you the platform to do so.
Cons
Nothing much to say here. The company is a small business and still going through some growing pains. But it's been exciting to be a part of their rise as an electrical engineering consulting firm.
