Pros

It is a great time to join a firm on the rise. Just moved to a new office location in the Central Eastside and I love it!! Great vibe in this area. Very refreshing to work for a project management driven company where communications is a top priority. Your voice will be heard with great opportunities for advancement and above average benefits. I know this because I use to work for large consulting firms and I am impressed with the benefit offers.

Cons

Going through some growing pains as to be expected with a growing firm. Implementing cloud based project management software that is challenging right now but I see things stabilizing and was the right decision for long term growth.

Pros

Communication has improved and the owner, Flaviano Reyes, is a great mentor and leader. This company has the ambition to want to grow and they are on the track to do it. Also, you can work remotely and are a technologically advanced company.

Cons

Communication is improving, but still needs to improve

Pros

The opportunity is endless here. As a Project Coordinator it is rare to find mobility in your position. Lots of training available as well. Everyone works hard, but we have a relaxed atmosphere, plus we only do electrical. Coming from one of the big MEP firms its a breath of fresh air. If we have to come in on the weekend or work late the owner is always here with us in the trenches and typically brings lunch. Great place to work if you are looking for a non-corporate environment, but still want to work with all of the same clients and on the same projects as the larger firms.

Cons

Currently going through growing pains. Shifted to a Project Management oriented structure, which is great, but we are still working out the kinks. Adopted a couple new software tools, still learning all the logistics.
