      Best reason to work here is to get experience. Also, it has a great corporate structure. Two week vacation within the first year. Good place for a hard worker to thrive.

      Cons

      Management turnover seems high. There is not much opportunity for degree holders at the branch level. Unequal workloads. Easy place for loafers to excel.

      A well established multi-continental company.

      Cons

      It's a giant company. They do a pretty good job of disguising that and it's been a great experience.
