Pros
- unionized so you get benefits even if part time (decent benefits - dental and eye depending on how long you've been there) - good prescription discounts and merchandise discounts - great staff and management (location dependent)
Cons
- great staff but corporate seem like they have no idea how things actually work in the store and sometimes have unrealistic expectations - work atmosphere depends on location and management (busy stores are chaotic and stressful) - unionized (part timers are capped at 30 hours per week)
