Pros
If you are lucky enough to be full time - you have benefits, which were restructured a while back, you now have to pay several hundred $$ per year to get the same coverage that was free last year, they should NEVER have gone away from Great West Life to Claim Secure. Staff discount can be very good on some items - especially house brand items Great people to work with at store level.
Cons
Unreasonable expectations from Head Office Cut-throat attitude from Regional Directors and Head Office Staff are not treated like people anymore, they are nothing more than a number, everybody is replaceable. Definite lack of respect for the cashiers and all store staff from Head Office.
