Pros
We have a diverse workplace, and employees here are very supportive of each other.
Cons
Reworld Media has an awful company culture. The workplace here is diverse, but it's full of toxicity due to abusive and problematic leadership. Although employees are generally supportive of each other, the managers don't provide the support and resources that we need. They also lie constantly as if lying is second nature to them.
