      Long standing history in the refuse to energy industry that is expanding their services and branching out through M&S to diversify their client base and expand business. They have assets that are well maintained and have been expanding capabilities and improving the employee experience.

      Cons

      Multiple systems of data based on the recent M&A's that make data collection cumbersome.

      Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

      Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
