      Pros

      I really like working here in Morristown and find the work interesting and the people pleasant and level headed. It's a brand new industry for me and I'm constantly learning, but it's definitely never been boring. Really enjoy coming to work here because my team is very flat structure from the top down and all our input is valued.

      Cons

      Things can move a lot slower here than my other jobs. Definitely not a bad thing, but takes getting used to.
