The recruiting process at Rewire is conducted in a way that both respects the candidate’s time and tests her or his abilities to perform in the role they are applying to.
It is important to note that no “marketing plan” was requested for Rewire as part of the recruiting process and the company definitely did not prey on the candidate’s knowledge, expertise, or intellectual capital.
The assignment did include a creative task that should take up to 2 hours for an experienced candidate. Moreover, in order to avoid wasted time delving into the Rewire product, the creative task involved creating content for a renowned music-tech global brand, which is loved and used by all, rather than for Rewire.
Conducting a fair and respectable hiring process is at the top of Rewire’s priorities and we are looking into the claims presented here.
