Pros

Discounts at restaurant is a nice benefit

Cons

Regional DVP is "um" not very smart or helpful. He can't put "um" a sentence together that sounds "um" intelligent. He never says anything positive to the team. Does nothing to help the team, just looks at numbers and criticizes how many calls the teams make. He has no right running a sales team. He has never sold and adds no value. Manager is not much better. The company is making decisions to create more internal competition between account executives. No one works as a team. No one is happy. Constant fighting among reps. Turnover because commissions are so low. Only management makes money and they don't do much other than babysit numbers. Micromanage numbers on reports. Drive your own car and you drive a lot. You pay for gas, parking, bridges, etc. Restaurants don't see value in what we do. It takes you at least 5-6 visits to close a deal. The amount of time you spend to close a deal is negative to the amount of money you make in commissions. There is not respect for the sales team, treated like children and most managers are dictators.
