The Field Sales Team enjoys tremendous amount of autonomy to work their market and is held accountable for results. Every day is a fun challenge working with restaurants.

If you don't have a high velocity sales mentality and stellar work ethic, you won't make it here. If you love the exhilaration of sales, the satisfaction of helping customers, and know how to get results, you'll love it here and thrive. (not really a "con" unless you prefer mediocrity over excellence.)
