      Colleagues below the management level are easy to work with

      The QA management for the Canadian branch is the most unqualified one I have encountered. Management would knowingly deliver projects with shoddy quality to clients. Management is often missing from work without giving any explanation. Directives and communication are never clear. Decisions are not made based on reasoning. Management has no concept of organization so everything becomes a mess

      Pros

      Good people, hardworking team, no infighting that I experienced

      Cons

      Startup pains that include: trying to scale up their team, trying to scale up the software, trying to cross sell and monetize software, trying to figure out GTM and marketing strategy/channels. Software (consumer reviews analysis) is too niche, don't see wide adoption or growth within existing userbase.
