Pros
After serving in the military, I was approached by a friend who was already working for Revolve. I had my interview over the phone, sold my Xbox to fly to New York from North Carolina. I always liked home improvement industry, but I never knew I would be so good it at. I like how it’s all different. You never stop learning here. They introduce new products, you approach new homeowners, get to learn about their challenges and become senior and little bit more professional every day. This is an inside and out job that makes you have to stay on top of stuff and if you are good at that that pay what you deserve. I like the warming up process when talking with new people, you get to meet every kind of person out there, doing a lot of confrontation, it is work hard you make money you deserve. You get some freedom out there, to work at your own flow. Revolve think big about military initiative.
Cons
Its mentally draining job, in the end of the day it takes everything you have to succeed.
