1. Very difficult to get emergency leaves, even if it is genuine you have to provide proof which is sometimes not possible so you have to sacrifice your health and family responsibilities for work.
2. Hectic scheduling, different schedules within a single week, for example if you are working at morning hours one day it can be the night hours as well tomorrow.
3. Strict KPI targets which are sometimes impossible to achieve, even though higher management is aware of it, still they will expect you to achieve those KPIs somehow.
