2. Worst method of performance evaluation: even if you are performing well adm achieving all of your KPIs, it wont matter since the calibration method is handled by top management (who might not even know you since you do not work with them directly)
The calibration process is a total blackbox where even your manager cannot intervene or make any amendments basis your performance.
3. Very little to no regards for employee health
4. Absolutely no regards to your past performance, even if you were a top performer in all your previous cycles but your project is not important in this cycle, you would be rated in the bottom and at time might be asked to go on PIP as well
PS: they have a policy to rate a minimum to 10% of the employees in a team mandatorily per cycle, so someone or the other will have to become a scapegoat
