Working at Revolut gives you the possibility to constant learning and ables you to increase your liability to change. In a fast paced remote environment, you can still feel that you are part of a close team. Opportunity to grow as manager since you manage a considerable amount of people for a specific region.

Cons

Being distant from people in sales is complicated. Company should promote team building events since offices exist around Europe and this benefits everyone.
