You are being rated every quarter on your performance. The problem is that even if employee was rated strong by their LM, this rating can be changed without a word of explanations. People achieve their KPIs but their rating is being changed to a lower one, none knows why.
There is no work life balance, because even on holidays there is expectation that you deliver KPIs.
There are managers who are aggressive bullies, but Revolt is not interested in dealing with that, instead they say 'Revolut is not for everyone'.
The pay isn't that good having in mind the insane workload.
