Pros

- fast pace - some really talented people

Cons

- does not honor employment contract. Benefits promised in my contract were simply not honored. No apologies or any other form of compensation. - Horrible culture. Management shows no empathy or care for employees. - Little or no attention to risk management...i feel that ticking bomb is waiting to go off - no such thing as work life balance....management expects you to work at least 12 hours a day - after I resigned, my last pay cheque was lower then what I was expecting. E-mailed HR but has not received any response for nearly 2 month now.

Hello, thank you for your review. Every review is taken seriously and comments are investigated. Revolut's fast-paced, challenging work culture refects our youth and ambition. It's exciting and a culture and rate of experience and achievement in which many people thrive. We're concerned about your comments as we don't want that ambition to be realised at the expense of our people. While we share great ambitions we also share a great culture where we try to support our employees to be successful. As you'll know we work hard to maintain a robust culture of governance, risk and compliance, reinforced by mandatory training throughout the company. We're sorry if there was an error in your final pay. We would be glad to check this for you if you contact us at hr.uk@revolut.com. Good luck in your next role.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
