      - Great place to work for me personally - Remote opportunity, good work life balance - Can grow quickly & management is supportive - If you are a go-getter, and are ready to get your hands dirty - this is the place for an ambitious mind like yours!

      Cons

      - Work Environment can be too KPI focused and employees tend to lose out on the big picture. - Those who enjoy chasing targets and KPIs would enjoy our work environment better so make sure you evaluate team and culture fit from your perspective before joining us. - Need to appraise India salaries yearly to match industry norms

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
