      The leadership team is genuinely invested in employee growth. Managers give clear direction while still allowing autonomy to make decisions. Feedback is constructive and frequent, and there’s a strong emphasis on professional development and career progression. Senior leaders are approachable and transparent about company goals.

      Workload can be high at times, but management is receptive to feedback and actively adjusts priorities.

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
