      Pros

      Work load is managable to yo your skill set Work /home life balance is good Availability of over time when you want it More then achievable bonus structure with good rates of pay an no outrageous target to hit As a company they care about you as a personal of your well being mentally an physically Constant training an continued support

      Cons

      There aren't any real down sides to working for revive if you have good time management, organised an don't mind driving as these are key in your role as a mobile smart repairer

      Pros

      Was a good place to work. Has it's hard days/equipment failing. Majority of work was easy enough

      Cons

      Go to a lot of poor previous repairs, not deemed smart. Equipment was old, was breaking down. Would be fixed and eventually replaced. You'd still have to work and make do with faulty equipment.

      Meeting nice customers each day

      Cons

      Low basic pay. Bonus sche kicks in after £7k month net sales, so barely make any bonus due to 3 other employees in the same area
