Pros
After some serious burnout working at my last company for 5 years, I took some time off to really think about what I wanted in my career. I've been working here for about a month. Interview Process I actually had no intention or desire to jump into interviews when the recruiter reached out, but I liked that the product seemed somewhat recession proof. The interview process was so impressive that it got me excited to work again. The interview process was very casual in the sense that they weren't just going through a rubric; they actually got to know me while determining if I was a good fit for the role. Every person I talked to had great things to say about leadership, were candid, and seemed like they shared my values of working hard without sacrificing happiness. Onboarding For this small of a company, I was blown away by how organized onboarding is. I had all my equipment prior to starting, access to almost every system on the first day, and meetings setup with each department head & CEO for the first week. Everyone was super welcoming and I've gotten immediate attention to any questions. Offsite I got to meet everyone in person the second week of joining and it was incredible. By the end of the week I had met >90% of the company including all leadership. I've referred 4 close friends already because I'm so impressed with the company
Cons
Standard startup stuff, but what makes RC unique is that they're super receptive to new ideas and acknowledge contributions from everyone, so things improve at break neck speed here
