Remote, comradery amongst other similar roles. Flexibility to take off for emergencies or doctor's visits. Health insurance plans are incredible and mostly covered.

Management. Bold ideas with terrible implementation resulting in broken systems and pain points management refuses to address. Promotes work life balance but expects you to give every bit of time you have available unless medical emergency. Will berate, punish, and belittle staff who don't meet their standards, while doing nothing to mentor struggling staff or providing staff with the tools needed to hit goals in timeline management expects. Requires duties of you not within job scope. Management completely out of touch with what they are requiring of staff and what staff has to do to meet those requirements. False promises made to keep staff complicit with mistreatment with no intentions of follow through. Will stretch you extremely thin requiring work of 3-4 positions and then blame you when things begin to fall through the cracks. No accountability.
