      Good Work Environment and Work Life Balance Remote Work Breadth of Technology that one gets to work with is great Good Team and Management Support, Honestly a great bunch of talented and kind people Attention to your Learning, some companies just say they value that, but it was a pleasant surprise when it was actually paid attention here

      Good Place to work and Develop skills Remote Job Great team and work environment

      Cons

      Not too great monetarily, below market standard pay and raise Not so great increments, they will cry revenue when time for raise comes Quite Frequent Layoff to save money
