Pros

I did't come from a sales background but I instantly liked the vibes in the office. Management takes a special interest in your success; they give you all of the tools you need to learn the products. Fun company outings, lunches, and there's always beer! Small team turning into a big team quickly. Always a new product to learn, always a new challenge. Great team to work with, everyone is so quick to help you when you don't know something. If the team is successful, you are successful. All and all one of the best career choices I have made.

Cons

Commission based. You won't get rich quick. Requires studying to really learn the products and grow quickly.

Motivation is key... and we appreciate the team (and yourself) being more proactive in helping cultivate this environment. It's the team pushing one another that will help motivate everyone and drive us to the next level!

Pros

This is a true start-up in an industry with tons of opportunity. I have felt more heard and understood at this company than ever in my professional career. I feel lucky to be able to exercise my skills and to communicate ideas to my team and CEO freely. Everyone wants to grow, move forward, and create something positive. It's fun.

Cons

The company is small and growing, so if you're looking for corporate structure this is not the place. We make our own success.

Pros

I absolutely love the environment here. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and fun. I get along great with the whole team. I also love how willing all of my coworkers, and especially management, are to help out. Its also a great environment in that everyone encourages collaboration and growth, and we motivate each other. There is a ton of potential at revsource you just have to work for it. Also, personally, I have had to pick up night/weekend shifts to keep myself afloat ( there are a few of us doing more than one job right now so its no big deal) I genuinely believe that sticking with this place and putting in the effort will truly pay off in the long run.

Cons

It is a LOT of self-motivation here at revsource, as is anything with sales. I never did fully phone-based sales before and its no small task to hit the phones for 8 hours a day. Thankfully for me, about the time you would "burn out" on anything, you start running demos/learning more about the space so it breaks up the monotony
