Pros
There is a decent amount of variety in the job since clients vary so much by industry! Benefits are decent for a startup, but only if you are middle-upper management (sorry hourly employees, no health insurance, PTO, ect.). It was a nice job to save some money and go home at the end of the day.
Cons
Leadership is... lacking. There are a few great and knowledgeable people, (employees, leadership, and on the board) but for the most part, this is a very "exclusive" CEO who surrounds himself with people who will worship him and boost his ego. It is slightly shocking how little self awareness the Founders have, especially the CEO and CMO. After being here a year, the progress seems overhyped and results are very underwhelming. People are trying their best, but top talent leaves because there is little room for growth, and the talent that stays is mediocre in most departments and I think this is because of a lack of vision and high expectations for people. Just not an inspiring place to work. They try to make it inspiring, but then it turns into a church service.
