Cons
This is one of the most unprofessional and unstable workplaces you can encounter. The management culture is extremely toxic, with constant pressure, blame-shifting, and no respect for employees. Salaries are regularly delayed, and in some cases not paid at all, creating financial stress and uncertainty for employees.
The leadership, especially the CEO, lacks even a basic understanding of how to run a startup or build a sustainable business. There is no clear vision, strategy, or execution plan. The company is operating at a heavy loss with no real revenue stream, yet continues to hire aggressively without any financial planning.
A particularly alarming pattern is the hiring of candidates from top reputed companies only to terminate them within 2–3 months. These terminations are often sudden, poorly justified, and not performance-driven. It feels like employees are treated as disposable resources rather than professionals, which can severely damage their confidence and career trajectory.
There is zero job security, no transparency in decision-making, and no accountability at the leadership level. Promises made during hiring are not honored, and HR processes are weak or nonexistent. Overall, the company shows complete disregard for employee well-being and career growth. I would strongly advise anyone considering an offer here to think very carefully before joining.
