Best role Ive ever had

There was some favouritism but nothing overly dramatic

Fast paced can be an issue for some people, in any sales role there is pressure when it comes to moving with pace, pipeline management, not hitting KPI's but in saying that it is a fantastic service and model that is unique which is a great sell point. Unfortunately this role isnt for everyone. As a business we have grown quick and the overall customer satisfaction is first priority. I would say in any role here you would need to be generally good at customer service. As for cons i cant think of anything else. This is a great company to work for and myself and my team are lucky to be a part of it.
