Pros
Since the time of joining company has covered all the major expenses, including travel, food & accommodation. In Chennai, they didn't gave many projects to work on but post relocation to onsite I got many opportunities to work. As a startup sometimes there has been some ups & down in my journey but overall management & colleagues has been supportive.
Cons
No cons as such, but they expect you to be punctual & a person who can adhere to policies & procedures
