Pros
Front-line people care about their customers but feel compromised by the limitations of the Supply Chain solutions.
Cons
Old-school management runs the place on a quarter-to-quarter basis. Will "give away the store" at the end of every quarter in an effort to make their number. These actions were very demoralizing (and costly) to commissioned sales reps. Solutions are the result of multiple acquisitions over the years but none are integrated or well supported. Little to no modernization efforts/investments. Most uncomfortable situation in a 15+ year career in sales -- never felt confident in what I was told our products could do.
