heavy work load for minimal pay inconsistenet commission structure and long pay periods they dont reward their employees and you do get first choice on the lates products managers will work over 12 hours a day for 5 days a week or longer

Good team, good discounts on the products you sell if you work in retail but this bennefit isn't directly from Retailors.

No progression, a lacking internal structure
