Pros

Small Health Benefit allowances Paid Leaves once a month Flexible Schedule Average pay scale Work from Home

Cons

- 90% of the people who have worked in RetailYouUP and left did not receive their backpay. Owner cares for you as long as you're working for them but when you leave he takes it personal and your backpay will suffer for it. - Blackhat operating practices to find goods to sell on Amazon. Think fake medical licenses, Identity Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, and Multilevel Marketing schemes

Pros

The company fosters a collaborative and supportive environment with strong approachable, and transparent leadership. It embraces a diverse culture prioritizing inclusion and making everyone feel welcome and valued. Flexible work hours and remote work options support a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, there are ample opportunities for career development, internal promotions, and training.

Cons

Workloads can be demanding and the fast-paced environment requires employees who can handle pressure. Team members are expected to take on multiple roles which can be challenging but also presents opportunities for growth and skill development for those who are eager to learn and adapt.
