One of the best companies I worked for. I like everything about it, from the management style to the company’s culture. The work can be challenging and busy at times, but I've always felt supported by my manager and colleagues. There is no micromanagement or unrealistic KPIs.

Writing some cons is hard as I enjoy working for the company. It's probably because I've met so many wonderful people here.

Retail Solutions is a great place to work. There's friendly environment and the team has been built with helpful, professional people. The management team are fair and approachable, and they're always happy to hear new ideas and suggestions. Many roles allow remote working and flexible hours. Learning and progression are encouraged.

As with all work places, there's always room for improvement. Retail Solutions does seek to improve the workplace through ongoing staff engagement and feedback, so any issues are always dealt with.
