It is a newer business that is trying to expand so there are growing pains. Lots of changes (what works today may not work tmr), inconsistent/disengaged management.

Loved the position, loved my team, loved the location, and loved the inventory.

Upper Management/New owners were doing too much! They sat behind their desks, putting unrealistic expectations on the store-level management without any clue how the store's operations worked.
