Like the company, hate the pay - Merchandiser Retail Merchandising Services Employee Review

Flexible hours, working independently, no traveling from store to store only service the Target stores, weekly work, offers the option for Daily pay, the instructions are simple to follow for each service, and administration is excellent, I worked for the company for five years. I quit due to health issues. I returned to work for this company a year ago. I enjoy working for this company.

I can not think of any con.

Flexible no one will bother you but no one will help either.

The pay has dropped significantly. I am going in and doing jobs that take way too long for the pay and I only got a 13-cent raise after 5 years and don't get another one for 5 more years. Jobs that used to pay well now don't. They ask for more work for less money. Stores are a mess now and it makes our job harder. Jobs are fewer also. Seems I did more work for less money last year. Won't let you have more than 2 stores and now I have less than 10 hours a week. Make us run around for peanuts doing jobs outside of Target.
