Pros

There were very little incentives that were actionable and/or worth this job.

Cons

Incredibly sexist environment. The women are treated entirely differently than the men and are quicker to be let go regardless of matching performances. Work life balance is nonexistent. Many employees have been fired for not working on the weekends, over holidays, while on approved vacation, etc. Lack of direction, understanding, and communication from management. Zero market research. They brand themselves as making a difference when instead they are attempting to bait & switch restaurants, and have caused a handful to go out of business.

Pros

Resy is very committed to developing it's people and helping them succeed. While there is still some red tap due to the Amex ownership, the company is growing in many ways and is delivering great results!

Cons

Corporate red tape for everyone

Pros

Resy offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work with kind and supportive coworkers across teams. The company provides exposure to high-visibility projects and a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The work is interesting and collaborative, and employees have the chance to contribute to impactful initiatives for a well-known brand.

Cons

Challenges included inconsistent processes, unclear ownership across teams, and fragmented communication between stakeholders and tools. Frequent shifts in priorities sometimes made planning and execution difficult, and onboarding/access management could be improved. There is an opportunity for stronger operational alignment, transparency, and cross-functional coordination to improve overall efficiency and collaboration.
