Pros
The social impact of the business is its real strength, the teams work is having a material impact on the lives of 1m+ over 50's and helping them to get the most out of life. The team was friendly and good to work with. The leadership team are transparent with numbers and business decisions.
Cons
There was limited investment in personal development & company culture which affected the day to day working experience. There were a number of difficult business decisions which also contributed negatively to the working culture.
