      Pros

      Weekend warrior pay was nice.

      Cons

      They will not back you up as an aide, they mess up your pay checks on purpose and hope you don’t notice because they can’t afford to pay you what they offered, management is hard to communicate with, staffing is rough, and they lock up the briefs and wipes so if you run out good luck.

      Sense of community Great pay Staff actually cares

      Cons

      Still has agency coming into help fill the gaps. It’s unfortunately obvious when they are in working.
