Start-up passion and enthusiasm, friendly culture with everyone working towards a common goal. There is a lot of space for autonomy in your role if you can bring something to the table. Some perks such as free gym membership and unlimited holidays. CEO is open to suggestions and always available to listen.
Cons
Can be highly pressurised at times as it's a sales focused environment. Interview process was quite demanding but that's not unusual these days.
