Changing for the better - Manager Resource Group Employee Review

Since the MBO the company has gained real structure and direction. The new set up now has a real aviation focus and knows what direction it is going. The Aviation Technical Training business is a real jewel in the crown as they hold EASA,CAA and GCAA accreditations. The business offers progression and recognition to all employees that are looking for forward steps but also recognizes staff that are happy in their role. The current staff are all warm and welcoming. I have had a fantastic 12 months so far and look forward to the future
