In response to your comments about our healthcare plan, Human Resources does regularly benchmark our benefit costs and plan designs against other companies of our same size and industry and our offerings are in line with industry standards. However, we do understand that insurance coverage is expensive throughout the industry, and we do continue to work with our broker to explore additional ways to decrease our health care costs. For example, ever since we moved to a self-funded model in 2022, we now have access to tools and data to help us better understand our high costs claims, and programs to help employees improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
