Not only did they sincerely address my inquiries, but each and every measure and plan centered around keeping things stable for employees

If you attain a promotion, your pay will most likely be moved as well. - Some might see this as a con, I see it as a pro but most don't share my thinking so I will put it here; Standard here are extremely high. For what they ask of a senior is something you would find most leaders in the IT field unable to do consistently. You have to be on your A game every day here.
