Pros

Nothing. Would not recommend unless you enjoy cheap snacks and lame birthday celebrations to shut you off lol

Cons

Toxic leadership, heavy micromanagement, and zero real trust. I was hired for one thing and gradually pushed into other responsibilities that should have belonged to separate, better-paid roles. They squeeze capability instead of hiring properly. The boss is the type who will spend the whole day circling one small mistake rather than solving it. Cannot tolerate even the smallest loss, but somehow has endless time to repeat the same complaint. Problem-focused, not solution-minded. A cry baby huh? Outdated and weak systems, poor setup, but extremely ambitious in all the wrong ways. They speak like a top player while operating with broken basics. Culture is built on pressure, blame, and extraction. You are valued for how much they can get out of you, not for what you were actually hired to do.

Pros

Nil. Nothing is nice in this company

Cons

I'm writing this review after completing a year at RNets and unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming. Despite my dedication and hard work, I've encountered several issues that have made my time here frustrating and unfulfilling. *Lack of Progression (1/5)* In the past year, I've seen no opportunities for growth or advancement. My role has remained stagnant, with no new challenges or responsibilities. This lack of progression has made me feel undervalued and unappreciated. *Poor Work-Life Balance (1/5)* Overtime work is the norm here, consistently ending late. This has significantly impacted my personal life, causing stress and fatigue. The constant late nights have made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. *Inadequate Support (2/5)* The company's support for employees is lacking. There's no transportation provided, leaving us reliant on Grab, which adds to the stress of working late. This lack of support makes me feel like I'm on my own. *Lack of Freedom (1/5)* Everything I do is tracked, leaving me feeling micromanaged and without autonomy. This lack of trust and freedom has made my job feel suffocating.
