From the first day I walked into their office I immediately felt welcomed. The guys in the office made me cups of tea and engaged in conversation with me on a personal and professional level. From then on I have always been treated so well. I am now a part of the office team and found it so easy to fit in with them. The office has a great atmosphere and the work is always shared between us all, we help each other and no one is left snowed under. We have a great rapport with our customers which makes the job a pleasure to do and also have a great relationship with all of our staff. As the saying goes “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Resolve took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to become a recruitment consultant and have trained me so well that I feel so comfortable within the job I do.
