      - Team culture is the best I've been in. Very low micromanagement and people always willing to help - Management really look after their team, allow for mistakes, and encourage you to get involved - Great work life balance - Work is varied and interesting with some great clients - Good work is often rewarded

      Cons

      - Odd attitudes towards working from home. Not the worst but not great - Rewards for good work is not consistent - Training and employee review is not fully tailored and a bit haphazard
