Pros
- good work-life, flexible work arrangements - top-down corporate culture is conducive i.e. no politics, high integrity - courageous but noble company vision - smart and decently motivated colleagues
Cons
- low graduate salary (you get what you pay for, if you want to hire the brightest talents, you got to pay a lot more i.e. Google) - lack entrepreneurship i.e. Venturethon is not impressive compared to university startups today - little employee incentives compared to other top companies - work productivity can be improved i.e. make meetings optional (elon musk)
