Bullying is rampant. - Management will often promote those with similar (bullish) personalities to their own even if they lack sufficient experience for the role. Decisions are often made without adequate knowledge on the particular subject rather than listening to employees. - improvements that can increase long term efficiency are de-prioritised in favour of those that provide more immediate returns - there is a toxic culture of political games and personal sensitivity that is getting worse, for example: 4 senior managers for product development across 3 business units who can't agree with one another.
