Pros

The majority of the company comprises friendly, hard-working professionals who are experts in their respective fields. I have had the pleasure of working with dedicated colleagues who consistently demonstrate their expertise and contribute positively to the work environment. This collective commitment to excellence among team members is a notable strength of the organization.

Cons

Senior management at this company tends to exhibit behaviors that will create a challenging work environment. There have been instances where decisions seemed to prioritize personal opinions over data-driven approaches, and diversity and inclusion need improvement. Layoffs appear to disproportionately affect those with different ideas and minority groups, and the company may fall behind on goals. Additionally, there have been instances of nepotism in hiring practices, a lack of training and guidance, limited transparency, and a perceived failure to adequately recognize and reward hard work. These factors may contribute to challenges in meeting customer needs effectively.

Pros

Fast paced work environment to explore new ideas and products in the cybersecurity land Collaboration is some of the best I've ever seen with many humble and hungry contributors to a common goal

Cons

Good opportunity to influence specific working styles and collaboration - fun part of being able to influence products to move certain ways when there are lots of passion in the opinion

Pros

I interned at Resilience and had a really positive experience. The company offered a great mix of cybersecurity and insurance, providing exposure to both the technical and business aspects of risk. The culture is collaborative and fast-paced, but people are always willing to help and share their knowledge. Leadership is approachable, and I had the opportunity to work on real projects that made an impact. Overall, it’s a great place to learn and grow if you’re interested in cyber, data, or startups.

Cons

Can’t really think of any cons - I had a great experience overall.
