Pros
- Great coworkers, excellent teams overall - Projects are exciting to work at, never dull - Chill environment for the most part
Cons
- Pay across the board for newcomers at the company is below standard industry rates in North American major cities - CEO is always applying for awards but never giving bonuses to employees - Sometimes projects are mismanaged due to changes in client demands at the last hour - CEO never gives incentives/bonuses at End-of-Year, always keeps talking about how many awards the company won and how 'great' the experience of the clients are - A lot of the communication is top-down, CEO pretends he's 'all ears' to people but it's only to his clique and most of the business decisions are made by the clique - If you're not a senior member of the company, expect to have your input as worth as an outsider's - Expect the CEO to say nothing but 'good job' when projects are completed and not give any bonuses - Can confirm the other review's mention about only have 2 weeks worth of vacation days - A lot of issues come up with clients, often times causing major project issues across the board
